Discover Tea History in the Lipton Tea Story

Since the present time no longer permits us to harvest tea leaves and process it ourselves, resourceful individuals have solved that problem for us. These individuals made it a point to harvest tea leaves themselves and mass product ready to drink tea. Ready to drink teas are those teas in teabags that are often packed in 10s or 50s per box.Since we no longer have to harvest and brew tea, drinking tea is made easier. Tea mass production has become a booming business ever since it was born. A tea company that is well is established is the Lipton Tea. Like other tea companies that have stories to tell the same thing goes for Lipton Tea.

The Lipton tea story began when the owner acquired five bankrupted plantations in Ceylon. Years after that the Lipton Tea Company has never stopped producing tea. Clever advertising and attention grabbing names paved way for the products of Lipton Tea Company to become a part of every household. This tea story has hopefully shed light on the long history of tea.
