Loose Leaf Tea 101

Tea is a very healthy drink. It has been around for centuries and a lot of people have benefitted from it. Most ancient Chinese gave credit to the Green Tea for helping main their ideal body weight even if they are fond of eating dumplings, which are fattening when taken in excess. Some of our ancestors also credit the tea for giving them long and healthy lives and for giving them energy. People of today have the same purpose for drinking tea. tea is believed to be capable of keeping our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. To maintain a healthy body weight people drink tea, drinking tea can help improve digestions, drinking tea an help provide more energy and to help them sleep soundly at night people drink tea. When we speak of tea we immediately think of those tiny teabags we soak in hot water, however, there is a different kind of tea and that is the loose leaf tea.

The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is not placed in any type of container be it a teabag or otherwise. Loose leaf tea are soaked in water as is, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
